Very attractive large mezuzah door case
This large mezuzah door cover appears to be well-made and is very attractive. It looks great on our front door post. Although it is not designed to be totally weatherproof or waterproof, when it is installed correctly it should provide adequate protection for the scroll (not included) placed inside it, as long as it isn't totally exposed to direct weather or water. (Our front porch is covered by a roof.) The mezuzah comes nicely packed in a box suitable for gifting. Compared to other mezuzahs of this size, I feel like the price is attractive. It is made in the United States, not in Israel, so if that is an issue for you, look elsewhere. Hopefully this mezuzah cover will hold up to the elements for many years. It replaced our previous one that, after 23 years, broke and showed its age due to weathering.
