Clock will not stay in holder

RUBBISH! Absolutely disappointing! Both the clock and the battery failed to function right out of the box - the device was completely non-operational. It fell apart quickly, indicating very poor quality. I strongly advise against purchasing this product.

Gave this as a gift It was a new brand to me but I liked their intricate designs . The item was well received and quality was comparable to more expensive brands

Stunning, gorgeous real crystals. Very giftable, comes elegantly packaged. A truly fine item at a good price. Perfect for you or the music lover in your life. Would buy again! (Oh, and it keeps accurate time! ?). ????

Either the battery is dead or the clock needs servicing. It’s impossible to tell. Watch batteries are not common to have on hand. The seller should not have shipped a product that doesn’t work.

This piano with a clock is very badly made. The clock falls out. No way for it to stay in!

There is no way to set the clock when needed.

Wouldn’t have minded a wee bit larger version. It’s nice, though, with the red stone inset lending it much pizazz.

This is one of out standing items. Made of highest quality. I love it.

My bad for not reading the dimensions but I assumed it would be bigger than what I received. Very pretty and I suppose the size could be considered a space saver but then the price couldn't have been a bit less. Maybe 20 instead of 30? Not sure about genuine crystal or silver used. Best advice: read full product description before buying.

Ok. No 5 stars for you, Matashi. The description is a bag of LIES. The piano requires a battery. How do I know? 1. How else would it work? Let’s be real, it’s a clock. Analog, but it still needs to be powered by something. 2. When it arrived the clock didn’t work, there were no instructions on how to get the battery out, so I had to mess with it and luckily I got it apart without destroying it. When I got to the battery, there were no identifying marks as to what type of battery it was. Lovely. It just looked like your run of the mill hearing aid battery. Even better. Hi ho hi ho, off to Wal-Mart I go, just a few days before Christmas to play “find the matching battery the size of a corn kernel, while not getting trampled by the holiday shopping nightmare I tried to avoid by shopping online in the first place.” Imagine my chagrin when I discovered there are so many different tiny batteries that this Wal-Mart has 4 displays placed around the store, each stocked with different models for my convenience. APPARENTLY there is one in health and beauty specific for hearing aids, one in electronics for controllers and remotes, one in jewelry for watches, and one by the registers filled with a hodge podge of who knows what- but hey! If ya can’t find what you’re looking for it has to be there, cause where else would it be? After making a few... not so nice suggestions as to where this battery might be to the manager, my husband found a $6 generic battery that looked really close to the one we were looking for. Worst case scenario: we lost $6 and I threw an adult tantrum in a store and made hiding place suggestions to a Wal-Mart manager. Not my best day. Not my worst. Got home. The battery worked. Set the time. Popped the clock back in. Wrapped it up. Mom LOVES it. Yay! 4 stars for making my mom smile. But only 4 cause the description is a bag of lies. Naughty Matashi.

Bought it as gift. Perfect for keeping on desk. In photo it looks big but actually it’s really the size of paper weight. It’s easy to carry as gift even if you are traveling. Beautiful packing.

This item is precious but, the description was inadequate. The face of the clock is so tiny, I had to use a magnifying glass to read it.

It’s really shiny and has stunning crystals and the clock gives it a perfect finish to his desk.
